Tavče gravče

Ingredients:

  • 200 g beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Paprika
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt, mint and black pepper

 

Steps:

  1. Rinse the beans several times.
  2. In a bowl/pot of water put the beans and then put the pot on fire in order to cook them with the onions, garlic and peppers. It needs to boil until the beans are soft.
  3. In a pan, heat the oil and put a few teaspoons of red paprika. Mix.
  4. Strain the beans, but not completely. Add the salt, pepper, mint and in the end, the sauce.
  5. For the sauce: Put a little oil in a pan. When the oil is heated, add a spoonful of flour and fry a little.
  6. Then add a spoonful of red paprika mixture and fry for a few more seconds.
  7. The beans are ready for baking.
  8. Put the beans in a pan and bake it until the liquid is evaporated.
