Yorkshire Pudding


  • Oil
  • 225ml milk
  • 100g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper



  1. Heat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Once hot, take a muffin pan, pour some oil and put it inside the oven to get at the same temperature.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the dough by mixing the milk with the flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Then remove the muffin tinfrom the oven and pour in the milk mixture rapidly.
  4. The oil should be hot when pouring the milk and it should do the same sound it makes when you fry in a pan.
  5. Then put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  6. They are best to eat when they are hot, but if you want to eat them after a few hours, just put them in a hot oven for a few minutes.
